NSS day celebration

NSS Day is celebrated on September 24th every year to mark the launch of the National Service Scheme (NSS) in 1969. The day is celebrated with various programs and activities. 

 

The NSS was launched by Dr. V.K. R.V. Rao on the birth centenary year of Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation. The NSS was started to connect the campus with the community and to motivate students to work for the upliftment of the villages. The NSS's motto is "Not Me, But You

On this day our school principal hoisted NSS flag and the NSS volunteer distributed chocolate to students and staff members of the school. We also visted NEST childrens
